Toyota has some of the most popular vehicles on the market today. Every year there is never any shortage of fantastic new features made available for some of these well-known models from the Japanese automaker. For 2023 Toyota has rolled out a variety of new and exciting updates for many of its models, which are bound to excite shoppers heading to Toyota of Manhattan, your local Toyota dealer, for the latest model year offerings.

What's New for 2023 Toyota Cars
2023 Toyota Camry
Select changes to the Toyota Camry for 2023 will definitely make buyers excited for specific trims. The Camry TRD received an exclusive new Underground exterior color with a black roof and an updated interior with red and black seat inserts, keeping in line with the 2023 changes that see red interior themes throughout Toyota's lineup. The Camry also enjoys a new SE Nightshade trim, which is available in front-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, and hybrid formats. The SE Nightshade comes with 19-inch matte bronze-finished alloy wheels, black exterior accents, and blacked-out badging.
2023 Toyota Corolla
Toyota's popular compact sedan received some impressive updates for the 2023 model year. This included a significant buff to the Corolla Hybrid, which now boasts the more powerful fifth-generation Toyota hybrid system. The Corolla Hybrid also has new trims for 2023, including the SE and XLE, along with an updated grille, rear valance, and new 16-inch aluminum wheels. The standard Corolla has also received a huge number of revisions and updates, including lots of standard equipment for the LE, SE, and XSE trims. This includes an upgraded infotainment system with an eight-inch touchscreen, twice as many USB-C ports, Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, and a standard 2.0L engine that is more powerful and efficient than the old 1.8L.
2023 Toyota Corolla Hatchback
New for the 2023 Corolla Hatchback is the inclusion of numerous standard features for the SE and XSE trims, including an updated front and rear fascia with LED lighting and a new tail light design. Both the SE and XSE also come standard with the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 and an improved Toyota Audio Multimedia System featuring an eight-inch touchscreen. The Corolla Hatchback also now comes with four USB-C charging ports, Smart Key support, enhanced tuning for the Sport Mode, and a switch to red interior accents for the Sport trim.
What's New for 2023 Toyota Sports Cars
2023 Toyota GR86
The GR86 is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a very appropriate 10th Anniversary Special Edition. Based on the Premium trim, this special edition features a performance cat-back exhaust with black chrome tips, an exclusive Solar Shift orange paint scheme, a matte black C-pillar graphic, and a duckbill spoiler. Forged matte black 18-inch alloy wheels and 10th Anniversary embroidering on the seats help round out the features. This edition is only available in limited quantities, so be sure to contact us to get one fast before they're all gone. However, all 2023 GR86 models are available with a complimentary one-year membership to the National Auto Sport Association, which is worth checking out if you're interested.
2023 Toyota GR Supra
The Toyota GR Supra is one of the most respected sports cars on the road. To really dig into the culture surrounding the Supra, Toyota has a special A91-MT Special Edition available for the 2023 model year. Only 500 units will be produced, and it features two unique color schemes: a matte-white Burnout and a CU Later Gray.
Forged 19-inch Frozen Gunmetal wheels, red brake calipers featuring the Toyota logo, and red strut tower braces upgrade the performance of this special edition. You also get Hazelnut Alcantara leather with a matching Alcantara leather shift knob. Outside of the special edition, the other trims of the 2023 Supra receive a Hairpin+ function for tackling mountain roads and a new six-speed manual transmission for greater driver engagement.

2023 Toyota 4Runner
Toyota's popular midsize crossover offers some great features for 2023, including bringing the eye-catching Electric Lime exterior color to the TRD Off Road and TRD Sport trims. Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert are also now standard on every trim. Most exciting, however, is the addition of the 40th Anniversary Special Edition, which features 17-inch bronze-colored alloy wheels, retro tri-color graphics, a bronze "TOYOTA" overlay on the grille, and 40th Anniversary badging on the tailgate.
Black roof rails, black mirror caps, and a moonroof top off the exterior styling. You can get the 40th Anniversary Edition in three colors, including Midnight Black Metallic, Ice Cap, and Barcelona Red Metallic. There are also special treats inside the cabin, with 40th Anniversary logos embossed on the front headrests and floor mats, while the Softex seats and shift knob are adorned with bronze-colored stitching. Additionally, there is an exclusive bronze plaque on the passenger side, showing "1 of 4040".
2023 Toyota Highlander
For 2023, the Toyota Highlander now comes standard with a 2.4-liter turbocharged engine, making this family favorite more efficient without sacrificing power. The tech features have also been improved. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now standard, and the wireless charging pad has been moved to a more convenient location. Additionally, the L and LE trims now have a seven-inch driver display, and a 12.3-inch driver display is now found on the Limited and Platinum trims.
2023 Toyota RAV4
The RAV4 has received a new Hybrid Woodland Edition for the 2023 model year. It's based on the Hybrid XLE trim but includes more adventurous features. The Woodland Edition comes with bronze-colored wheels, Falken's highly-respected all-terrain tires, and TRD-tuned off-road suspension for off-road performance. Custom all-weather floor and cargo mats, adventure roof rails and cross bars, black badging, and your choice of a Midnight Black, Calvary Blue, or Ice Cap exterior make this new edition stand out.
All trims of the 2023 RAV4 now come standard with the Toyota Audio Multimedia system, Toyota Safety Sense 2.5, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The entry-level trims have been further upgraded with a larger seven-inch driver display and an eight-inch infotainment screen. For the higher-tier trims, the driver display and touchscreen have been upgraded to 12.3 inches and 10.5 inches, respectively. For the RAV4 Prime, there is now a standard six kW onboard charger for faster charging speeds.
2023 Toyota Venza
Like the Camry, the Venza has received a Nightshade Edition for 2023. This option comes with black exterior accents, black badging, and 19-inch black gloss wheels. All trims have been upgraded with the new Toyota Audio Multimedia system and Toyota Safety Sense 2.5, additional USB ports, and a fourth-generation Qi wireless charger. Larger driver and infotainment screens are also now standard across the lineup, with the Limited trim now coming standard with two 12.3-inch displays.

2023 Toyota Tacoma
The best-selling midsize pickup that flies off the lot of every Toyota dealer in the nation makes a big splash for 2023. New packages, colors, and features help make the Tacoma an easy pick for anyone shopping for a new midsize pickup. The TRD Off-Road and TRD Sport have received the popular Electric Lime color, while the TRD Pro now boasts an exclusive new Solar Octane color.
The Smart Key feature is now standard on all V6 models, and there are two new packages in the form of the Chrome Package and the SX Package. The Chrome Package is available for the SR5 trim and features 18-inch chrome-finished wheels, chrome door handles, a chrome exhaust tip, and a chrome tailgate insert. The SX Package offers black accents, black badging, a unique bed graphic, and 16-inch black wheels.
2023 Toyota Tundra
The 2023 Toyota Tundra has also received its own version of the SX Package for the SR5 trim. This is only available if you have the Tundra configured with the i-FORCE engine. Inside the cabin, you will find black fabric seats. On the outside, you have black badging, 18-inch dark gray metallic wheels, and body-color trim. The SX Package is available in four different colors, including Celestial Silver Metallic, Magnetic Gray Metallic, Midnight Black Metallic, and White.

2023 Toyota Sienna
The Toyota Sienna minivan receives a special 25th Anniversary Special Edition for the 2023 model year, bringing with it a number of amazing new features for those who opt for the package. It's based on the XSE Plus Package and is available in two distinct colors: Celestial Silver Metallic and Windchill Pearl. On the exterior, you have black mirrors, black badging, and a 25th Anniversary badge. Inside, the Sienna features 25th Anniversary floor mats and a matching stitched key fob. You also have silver-stitched leather-trimmed heated and ventilated seats, along with illuminated door sills.
